Teresa Lomax, REALTOR®, is a Founding Partner of TLMR Homes, powered by Equity Colorado Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout Boulder, Larimer, and Western Weld Counties in Northern Colorado.

With extensive experience in residential real estate, Teresa is known for providing clear guidance, thoughtful communication, and client education throughout the buying and selling process. She works with clients across a variety of real estate needs, including first-time homebuyers, relocation, downsizing and lifestyle transitions, probate and estate sales, luxury homes, new construction, and horse properties and land.

Teresa holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and has completed additional professional real estate education and credentials supporting her work with buyers and sellers.
