I am a Realtor® for Equity Colorado Real Estate and serve the entire Denver Metro Area, focusing on Boulder, Larimer and Western Weld Counties. I help families throughout the front range navigate each part of the home buying and selling process.

I believe first and foremost in integrity, honesty, and fair dealing. Getting you the best and most relevant information in order to make an informed decision is my highest priority. I work hard to negotiate the best price and terms for you, while always striving to manage the process with the least amount of stress possible…and maybe have a little fun along the way.

I take my commitment to the Real Estate industry seriously and have dedicated time and effort toward being the best at my business. I am proud to say that in addition to winning awards based on successful sales, I have several certifications: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, (ABR), Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). I have received advanced training in 1031 Exchange programs for Real Estate investors and am currently a member of the BOLO Realtor Board of Directors.

I’ve lived in Colorado with my husband Chris for nearly 15 years, moving here originally from Oregon.

My Likes: Hiking, cooking, reading, drawing, and spending time with our three dogs: Bailey, Echo and Lily.

My dislikes: Jell-O; headbands that are too tight; and cold wet, wind that you can feel to your bones.
