I am a Realtor® for Equity Colorado Real Estate. My goal is to help make your dream a reality and to ease the stress that goes along with buying or selling real estate. Real Estate is my passion. Everything about it is exhilarating. Viewing properties, building rapport with a new client,
leading to a lengthy, trusting relationship simply based on my core values and genuine affection for this career. I have
worked diligently to educate myself, taking additional classes and have earned several certifications including Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative, (ABR), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). It has been an honor to be one of the top agents in my office and winning awards based on sales.

I am a focused listener, able advisor and fierce, yet fair, advocate. I use my intuition and diligence while employing
encouragement and genuine concern as I create a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. My

My Likes: shopping, small acts of kindness, dirt bike riding, positive people and energy, a great cup of hot chocolate, and long hikes in the woods.

My Dislikes: liver, mean people, socks with sandals, the phrase “I can’t,” and dusting!
