As an Independent Broker in Boulder County, I have developed a streamlined marketing plan that will save you thousands of dollars when selling your home. I would be happy to share it with you. I've helped countless sellers get their homes ready to go on the market, secure an offer, and then manage the sale of their home.  

I've also enjoyed working with many first-time home buyers, obtain financing, find their first home, and make the purchase. Many of my past clients developed into long-lasting friendships over the years centered around our kids, good craft beer and hanging out together. 

On a personal note, I have a small family and we groove the best when we're outdoors. It's our happy place. We hike, bike, ski & snowboard, love to go camping, enjoy a good road trip, and once in while we'll hop on a plane to somewhere far away. 

We're boomers, trying to stay active & healthy, and we're really looking forward to our 21-year-old son graduating from CU Boulder soon. By then it will be time to slow down and enjoy life as much as possible...
