The attached housing market in Boulder County and most of Colorado continue to see more challenges that are affecting the sale of condos and townhomes. We will discuss insurance, HOAs, hoa masterplan insurance and reserves, lending challenges and deferred maintenance issues. This class is designed to help clients prepare ahead of time to make sure their attached home can make it to the finish line and to help them address issues in communities that may cause problems in the future.
