The home is one of Boulder’s greenest (HERS -51); Wildview is energy regenerative, utilizing geothermal fed and solar supported all electric heat pump heat/cooling and hot water systems. This east Boulder house is a custom home and will not be for sale (the home will be complete and turned over to its owners on May 16^th) – this is not a spec open house, and there will be no marketing or sales pitches.
