Established in 1973, CHFA is a mission driven, nonprofit serving all of Colorado. We offer affordable single-family loan programs, down payment and/or closing cost assistance, and free in-person homebuyer education to all Coloradoans. We partner with over 100 lenders across the state that provides our programs.
