Event Set Up
Assist in event set up including cone placements, sign placement, set up tents and unload trees from storage container
8:00am-9:00am - 10 slots.

Check In Table
Direct the community to the correct parking area based on their needs.
8:30am-12:00pm - 2 slots

Tree Check In
Assist in distribution and check in of the trees
8:30am-12:00pm - 3 slots

Parking Coordinator
Help direct the community to the proper parking areas.
8:30am-12:00pm - 6 slots

Tree Unloading and Loading Into Cars
Assist in the distribution and loading of the trees.
9:00am-12:00pm - 10 slots

Mulch Distribution
Fill bags/buckets with mulch for distribution to the community.

Perennials and Flower Organization
Organize and Coordinate Distribution

Event Clean Up / Break Down
Assist in cleaning up, storing and organizing after the event.
