***REALTOR Applicants: Prior to filling out this application, you must email robin@bolorealtors.com and request a New Member packet for yourself from the email address you will be using for business***

REALTOR Applicants: I agree as a condition of membership to complete the indoctrination course of BOLO and to thoroughly familiarize myself with the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®(N.A.R.), INCLUDING the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code of Ethics & Arbitration Manual of N.A.R and the Bylaws and Rules & Regulations of BOLO, the Colorado Association and the National Association and I further agree to complete satisfactorily a reasonable and nondiscriminatory written examination covering such Code, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and duty to arbitrate. I further agree that my act of paying dues shall evidence of my initial and continuing commitment to abide by the aforementioned Code of Ethics, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and duty to arbitrate, all as from time to time amended. Finally, I consent to and authorize BOLO, through its Membership Committee or otherwise, to invite and receive information and comment about me from any member or other person, and I agree that any information and comment furnished to BOLO by any member or other person in response to any such invitation shall be conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action by me for slander, libel, or defamation or character. Further, I hereby release the Association, it's officers, directors, employees, members and all individuals and organization to the maximum extent permitted by law for all acts and admissions performed in good faith and without malice in assisting the Association in evaluating my application.

Please read the email sent to you to make sure you are selecting the correct type of Membership. For REALTOR Members, in most cases, you should be selecting REALTOR-New Member, even if you have held a membership in the past.
